Pipeweed Path 3 Phase Project

This project was conducted in three separate phases which started in May 2024.

 

Phase 1 connected two separate cabins to meet the requirements of the HOA square footage requirement.

​

Phase 2 included a deck around the southern exterior.

​

Phase 3 was started in July 2025 and included building of a kitchen and living room.
