Pheasant Loop Addition

This project was an addition to an existing home built in 2004. The project consisted of a high end custom addition of 1675sf which included: 1 large bedroom with a huge walk-in closet, 2 bathrooms, 2 offices, a workshop, laundry room, mechanical room, media room and a dining room. The build took 10 months from start to finish

The first floor consisted of ICF Construction and the second floor was wood framed with scissor trusses throughout. The addition is heated with a 5 zone, in-floor heat combo unit which also acts as the domestic hot water.
