Buffalo Ranch Project

The Buffalo Ranch was a unique project; consisting of an addition which was going to sit on an existing older wooden deck.

Our client was a NASA Engineer. He said if we could build this addition sticking to our estimated price and professional workmanship, he would be impressed for the first time with Valley Contractors.

We demolished the area of deck where the hot-tub would be located, poured a 12" thick slab, and extended the framing up with 6x6 lumber to reinforce the decking. We then reinforced the bearing walls for the roof under the existing deck.  It was then finished out with 100% Waterproof  LVT flooring  and clear sealer to protect the walls and ceilings from the excessive humidity.

We now have happy clients soaking in their hot-tub.
